Bartender
•Responsible to prepare and serve drinks to customers
•Able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations.
•Oversees all Bar operational procedures and ensures that service to guests are of quality and conform to the Hotel’s standards and high reputation.

QUALIFICATION STANDARD
ESSENTIAL
Qualifications: Minimum SC
Experience: At least 1 years work-related experience in F&B operation as Assistant barman
Personal Qualities: Organizational Skills, Planning and good communication
DESIRABLE
Qualifications: Minimum HSC, NTC 3/NTC 2 in Restaurant & Bar Service
Experience: 1 year as Barman (minimum 5 years of working experience in hotel or institutional catering with a minimum of 2-3 years working experience as barman from a four- or five-star background)
Personal Qualities: Organizational Skills, Planning and good communication
Additional Skill required: Works with HACCP Standards
